Fee Refund Policy

Shyama Basant Mahavidyalaya follows the fee refund guidelines prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC), keeping the interests of students in mind. In cases of admission cancellation, withdrawal from admission, or change of institution/course, students will be provided a fee refund facility as per the applicable rules and regulations. The admission and other prescribed fees collected from students at Shyama Basant Mahavidyalaya are charged in accordance with the college rules and the applicable guidelines issued by the concerned university and government authorities. The fee refund process is conducted in a transparent and student-friendly manner, strictly following the prescribed rules and regulations.
